Cmf watch Pro step count history

Before I used redmi smart band, when I switch over to cmf watch, first thing I noticed is, there is no way I can view the previous days step counts. Can Someone say how to view that or it is not available?

One more thing is, cmf watch pro has a bigger display which will be comfortable for replying to notifications. If that is implemented that would be better

Jerin Jose but they should fix the step counter first, the accuracy is very very bad, it counts steps when we are driving and doesn’t count properly for walking

Same question? Did you find out how? I can only dee through the graph in the activity app inside the watch but still cant see the exact amount. But through the app how?

I also have this problem. How do you see the previous days steps? Without this feature the watch is useless to me. 🙁

Anyone found it yet? Want to see my previous days. Hearth and sleep you can see previous days why not the step counter?!

Previous day steps history is vital and i was surprised when such a basic detail is not available for analysis. If they think its irrelevant, then why provide history for sleep and bpm monitor?

There is a way but the way the data is viewed is a bit unconventional. At home screen (CMF Watch Pro) click the power button-> Go down to activity and tap on it-> Scroll down to the steps. It only displays day from Monday to Sunday no monthly or yearly data and on top of that you can only view the number of steps only on the current day no exact data of steps will be displayed but it displays the number of steps for the for the overall week.

Thanks for your input.its not the way i want to check but its ok until they fix it on the cmf app.I mean app lacks those basic functions that you can find on a 20 dollars chinese watch app!!We need a huge update on the app.

PrathekRao Thanks for that. All they have to do now is to display the step count for each day under the graph. Just like they do for the current day.

I also emphasize it is important to see step counter history. I think it is the most important than sleeping or stress history. I also find step counter is not that accurate. If I knew this before, I would have never bought this.

I’m about to give up on this watch. Hardware is great but the software is not good and CMF are totally non reponsive to any issues. It seems to me that Asian companies are pretty good with hardware but fail miserably with their software. 🙁

TonyMaxwell The only way to get any help with CMF products is to go through Nothing support, I’ve always found them very helpful. But CMF support is non existent.
