Does over-charging/ overnight charging affect/damage the battery of Cmf Watch pro 2 & cmf Buds …? Cos I’ve been forgetting once I plug them for charging and leave it for hours

The subject of overcharging still comes up quite a lot for a number of devices.
Ultimately tech has come a long way, and most of the time leaving a device plugged in will have little to no effect on performance/battery health, especially in the short term.
That being said, there are some generally best practices to follow to ‘help’ battery health in the long term if you’re someone that wants to keep your device for many years to come.
If you’re concerned, just try to remember to switch it off, or invest in a smart plug. Otherwise, no need to worry too much.
