Just a quick update on my ongoing phone overheating issue: Despite reinstalling the software as suggested by the service center, the problem persists. When I brought this to their attention again, they insisted that they can only take action if the phone reaches 42 degrees Celsius.
I demonstrated that my phone reached 46 degrees while charging right in front of them, but they dismissed it as normal for the summer climate and refused to proceed with servicing.
Interestingly, my friend who owns the same phone hasn’t encountered any such issue, even with heavier usage. I’ll give the service center one final chance to rectify the problem, but if it persists, I’ll have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer court.
