Problems I’m facing after installing this beta!

1. Phone got super slow like ram is collapsing or high refresh rate dropping to low refresh rate all the time
2. Phone charges usually slower than usual
3. Every single apps are loading too much
4. Games are crashing and home menu straight after playing for 15/20 minutes
5. Not getting all the apps update and google play is very slow at updating apps
6. Camera quality got more trash than usual
7. Some apps are not working properly like Spotify, Snapchat, Facebook
8. Internet crashing or unable to connect most of the time whether I’m on data or wifi
9. All the default and third party Apps are auto running on the background but in previous version (2.6), I restricted most apps and they don’t run on background.

To the #devs #moderators , could y’all please look into this?

I’ve already did several feedbacks. This is getting frustrating. I’m using Nothing Phone 1 since early 2022 and I had no complain whatsoever. Feeling like y’all trying to make this phone slow and kill this by new updates!!

OviGarry It is a well fundamented opinion, I agree with all of it. I still have a bit of hope on the nothing dev team in term of optimization on the stable release. If not, the custom rom are on our side.

I recently updated my phone 1 to the OS 3 Beta version. The Wi-Fi hotspot is not working. Although Hotspot is enabled, the network is not showing on other devices. Please provide a solution for the same.

I have recently updated OS 3 beta version to my phone 1, now I could see it’s not connecting to my android auto In my car rest song calls I could able to connect is there any issue pls help

I have been using 3.0 for 1 week. 

As a request: a volume slider can be added to the quick settings section. I watch videos while sleeping and I cannot adjust the volume. 

Problems: Applications open after waiting 1-2 ms due to animation. 

My 120 Hz screen is buggy. 

Google Assistant does not usually provide a voice response when using ear sticks. 

It enters a bug when removing the phone from the lock. 

When I lock the phone while watching a video on Instagram or Twitter, the sound of the video continues for 2 more seconds.

Still not working. I even tried resetting the network setting. Problem remains the same.

Bug in quick setting panel,when dark mode is off i can still perceive light dark colour tiles.

DavidAbu_nS_nchez I am using 2.6 stable i faced the same issue it’s frustrating man

Subhodeep this issue has to be fixed asap, sometimes It takes away to send photos, because of the long loading time

@TanmayKatoch #p123113 It seems like my phone is running out of battery much faster since the update. Now, I have to charge it multiple times a day, and I also need to remember to bring a power bank with me when I’m going out or away from the power outlet.

I recently updated my Nothing Phone (1) to the Open Beta version, and I’ve been encountering a weird issue where a black cursor or pointer shows up frequently (like the one in the screenshot). It’s getting a bit annoying.

Has anyone else faced this? Any fixes or workarounds?

Also, I’ve noticed some issues with the Ola Electric app post-update.

rhtkmr mine was not showing till 2.6 version after that it is showing in my laptop same was with my 2a also it was not showing till 2.6 version

NP (1) NoS 3 is still very buggy and lacks a lot of basic android 15 useful features. Can those be addressed please.
