I have been experiencing notification drawer stutter when I am using YouTube shorts or Google maps.
In normal usage it is smooth but when I am using those above apps and want to access the notification drawer I am noticing significant lag/stutter.

Also I have been experiencing lags in Google maps when I search for any nearby places and a list of results comes. When I start to scroll those results I am experiencing significant lags(It’s miserable).

The screen refresh rate is coming down to 60HZ in both of the above scenarios.
Even if the refresh rate goes down to 60HZ why the notification drawer do stutter?

These 2 things making my whole phone 2 experience go awe. These things are happening in the beta release-1 for OS 2.5 update and the last OS update as well.

Does anyone of you also facing the same issue? Or my unit only has this issue? Or this is the issue of YouTube shorts and Google Maps being capped at 60HZ only?

Nothing team please fix it ASAP.

I am attaching the link to the video file. See when I switch to map or shorts how the notification drawer lags and particularly in maps how the refresh rate significantly drops.

Today I noticed that the refresh rate is dropping to 60HZ not only in these 2 apps rather there are many apps where the refresh rate is dropping. The OS needs better optimization, I think.

    Been seeing few lags while using UI. For eg: while pulling down the notification drawer, it lags and jiggers. Same while unlocking the phone and few other areas in UI as well.

    i experience jitteriness when scrolling in app drawer or notification bar swipe down, i checked running services in developer options, there’s nothing much, i factory reset the phone as well. I tried setting refresh rate to high and force peak refresh rate as well. Nothing is helping.

      Rob ⚡️ i did try, but the methods suggested were similar. I dont face any lags and stuff in games and my benchmark scores are reasonable as well.

          I am facing similar issues like jittery scrolling in apps , notification bar and even minimising an app

              I love Nothing OS 3! However, every time I swipe down for notifications I get these animation lags, I tried everything possible to fix it, but sadly, nothing worked 😕

              Same thing happens when I swipe up for the app gallery and my keyboard automatically appears, same thing happens.
