π± Nothing Phone (2) - Nothing OS V3.0-241226-2001 Changelog
Battery was smooth before this update. They changed something in this.
Is anyone experiencing battery drain and heating issues during calls?
yes battery backup was horrible
I have Been Facing This Issues after the update
- (Edited)
Hey Nothing Team,
Please resolve this issue, this is like very basic thing, I donβt know how this was not solved in Beta.
Issue:
The β4Gβ, β4G+β, β5Gβ and β5G+β text in the status bar remains in the Roboto font, even when the system font is changed to Inter font.
Note: I have tried restarting my device multiple times. I had given feedbacks via Settings as well as on the Nothing Community. Even with the Hotfix Update this was not solved.
As you can see the β4β & β5β are different on network type.
Screenshot:
I am really starting to think that NOS 3.0 was forced since there are so many things that are missing, bugs, unfinished, etc.
Nothing Phone 2 to OS 3.0. Ever, I have been having numerous challenges.
1. Phone will hang whenever trying to end a phone call. This occurs about 20% of the time.
2. Unable to type into a chrome URL bar. The type will be showing on the keyboard but not on the browser
3. No Rapid Charge with a 33W charger. The happens after the update.
4. Unable to customize the lock screen.
SrsThewrongguy yeah the widget is good but it should have, have an option to time a specifi event but we canβt do that , we can only time a day not a time within a day

How can I roll back to android 13β¦

Is it normal that I still canβt update to this version, and when I check for updates, Iβm stuck with Pong-V3.0-241207-0124-EEA release ?
I took a nap as my office was charging, in the mean time it updated. When I woke up it was burning hot, I quickly unplugged it and observe the battery drain at a crazy speed. Turned it off to let it cool down, turned it back on. Downloaded an app called Android Assistant just to try and see whatβs going on. It showed the CPU working at 100-90% ! I let the app force close everything it could, the CPU went to 40%, but every time I do anything, like switch tabs on the very same app, or switch between apps, or type, or scroll, it jumps up to 70-100% and the battery is being drained
