Friends, I have it on good authority that Nothing has picked Covent Garden, London, for some sort of initiative this month. The area is famous for its luxury restaurants, retail outlets, and theatres.

I’m not entirely sure what this means… What do you think they’re planning?

I also noticed that on the ear (1) Black announcement post - the location is tagged as Covent Garden, London:

Rob ⚡️ I am not entirely sure where I saw it, but I beleive they are doing a pop-up shop for the first 100 black ear 1’s. The ear 1’s will be limited and numbered like the first white drop.

Rob ⚡️ Ohhh interesting. I have no idea what it can be, but I do hope it allows people to check the ear (1) black in person.

I remember the photos you shot at Selfridges, so I do hope you have the opportunity to visit it and report back. 😉

And if it is a mobile thing, perhaps it can appear in other cities, even if just within the UK for the time being.

Felix That would be awesome. The ear (1) black are already special, but having a numbered pair of them would truly make them a collector’s item.

If that’s the case, I hope Nothing is thinking in ways to make it a pleasant experience for everyone. Hopefully, they won’t have to deal with a lot of frustrated fans not getting the coveted item. 😎

Rob ⚡️ You know what would be cool? If Carl is there when you visit. 😎

But even if it is a Carl-sans event, I am sure you’ll have a great time. Cannot wait to check the results of your assignment, hehe. 🤓

I believe this belongs here? Now I’m curious about the “surprises” that are being teased. Any idea what can they be?

Rob ⚡️ You already have a pair of the original ones.

Go there, grab an engraved unit of the ear (1) black, get the signature of any Staff Member that may be present.

Keep them sealed and continue to use the original ones. 😆 😛

Sounds interesting! I sadly won’t be there at the event but hope everyone that turns up has a great time. Looking forward to coming back to the forums to see what the surprises are.

I’m lucky to be based close to central London so I quickly dropped by! The Kiosk looks great and it’s awesome to see that it brought in quite a queue!

I spent some time at a nearby cafe to work on my uni essay and bumped into one of the team members as I came out! Was great to chat with you guys IRL! Hopefully, there will be more of these kinds of events in other countries for the international community to enjoy them as well.
