What advent calendar did you get?

I might be a day later to this, but I'm curious to see what 'different' advent calendars some of our users went for this year. Of course, there are more traditional chocolate-themed advents, but I'd like to see the different ones. I'll kick things off with my coffee-themed advent, by Pact Coffee (not sponsored lol!). I had this last year and it was a stand-out for me - individually packaged pre-ground coffee, perfect for an Aeropress, V60, Caffetiere, or other filter style brewing methods. Each coffee comes with its own tasting notes and a bit of a blurb about each. Cheetosdust any excuse to live as a big kid! Great advent and would be interested to see all the toys built at the end as a showcase.

My head hurts already reading this and I’ve not had any festive booze yet 😂 Bear with me whilst I contemplate the answer over some lunch!

[deleted] The dog jumps one rabbit jump more each set of x3 dog jumps/x8 rabbit jumps. That means that in 150 rabbit jumps (3×50), the dog will catch the rabbit.

I’m still mindblown it was actually that simple…Jeez!

Great job @Loubear (and family member), I would love to know the process you took to figure it out.

My cousin wrote it all out on a massive bit of paper which I don’t have anymore, but it involved a table and deducing what each person really knows, in turn, to look at what we can deduce from it…if that makes sense? It made no sense to me at first and took a while lol!

Did you share the answer already to Day 6? I actually can’t get it without guessing.

[deleted] Still no… It is a brain twister, you have to go slow and be careful with double negatives becoming positive. You will solve it on the third try! 🤓

My third and final attempt is Maria, as she is the only one that is negative towards herself?!

[deleted] María and Luis did a car trip that lasted 13 hours. Along it, María drove for a while and Luis for another, and they took rests.

Luis drove 2 more hours than the hours they rested and the total of rest hours, plus Luis driving time, is one hour less than the hours María drove.

How many hours each of them drove and rested?
