Is there a way to change the browser that the search bar on the home screen searches with?

Nilot Are you referring to the Google search bar? if so, you can remove it by long pressing on an empty space on the home screen -> Customisation -> Layout -> Search bar, and then place your preferred search widget anywhere you wish as most search apps have this widget feature.

Yes but you can’t place this new search widget at the bottom of the homescreen in place of the OS one.

People want to change the default browser of the OS search bar, it was default set to Brave but I don’t like Brave and wanted Tor, so I deleted Brave and now the search bar is stuck on Google, I can remove the OS bar and have a Tor bar but not at the bottom of the homescreen where I want it.

Exactly, I used to use brave but now I’ve swtiched to Firefox but there is no way to change the browser that provides the search bar.

Give us the ability to change the search provider on the Nothing OS search bar please.
