Hi. Apologies for the silly question but when sending queries to support where do I find: serial number of the device and order number?
I see a “FOC” and “IC” number printed on the charging case. So far I posted both in two separate support requests sent but not sure which was right (if at all).
Also with regards to the order number I quoted the only reference I had which came with my ear 1 limited edition when sent out to me. Not sure if there is another order number since I didn’t order via the site?
Anyhow I’m wondering if me inadvertently posting support requests with errors in these points might be making it difficult for support to find my case and deal with it?
