BiswabhusanSwain I’m not sure what your’e asking, you seems to have enabled the overnight charging feature so as long as your’e using a compatible charger your’e fine (Samsung’s chargers should be fine).

Hi, i plugged in my charger at 12am(night) overnight charging should charge the phone slowly right? But it charges the phone at normal speed so I’m asking how actually the overnight charging feature works?

Hey, this is just a 2 day old device, no i wasn’t using while charging

BiswabhusanSwain it takes time for your device to learn your usage & sleep patterns, give it a few days.

BiswabhusanSwain It doesn’t charge slowly. It’ll just pause charging between 80-100% and top up to 100% about 30 mins. before you wake up usually (as in before you usually remove it from charging)

BiswabhusanSwain like it will first learn your charging time for quite some time then once it has enough knowledge of your charging time then it will start working on slow charging it’s because it (the device) doesn’t know when you’re going to use it or let it sleep.

Hey, so even I had that same question and the way it works is stated very clearly. What you have to do is set a bedtime mode which ends when your alarm rings, and starts when you plug in your charger. (The settings are pretty straightforward). It is only when you set these up that optimised charging happens as your phone expects you to wake up according to your alarm. It can’t really guess when you’re gonna wake up, it’s not that smart 🙁

      22 days later

BiswabhusanSwain hey can I ask you a dout .

I brought my nothing phone 2a and now it’s 8 months. And I see that charge steadily overnight to preserve long -term battery health

While doing this my phone charge draining will be solved?

If keep my charge at 10 pm at night it will be full at 8 am in morning? .will it solve my nothing phone 2a battery draining problem

How much time I want to do this

My my nothing phone 2a battery is draining too fast
