Could you test with one thing which would be tedious or even might feel impossible But, if you can take a proper back up if the phone with important documents in place in other device like ur pc or laptop or another phone - which seem tedious. But if you can check with complete reset (Factory reset) leaving other phone settings for nothing 2a which will obviously reset with factory reset.
Note: I was facing the same where you had all the mentioned pointers above which I took a backup and on the same charging I did a factory reset >> waited for 10-15 minutes. Without disturbing the process >> let it set up >> gave a restart and that worked for me at times the videos is the problem which might resolve in next update as it’s the same for my nothing 2. But the green tint and black shadow on videos or streaming got changed for me..
Root cause analyses : There might be various reasons with the improper apps and corrupt downloads with unwanted malware and recently many wrong apps could shoot up the OS I kept downloading helpful apps which later slowed my phone too.
However a DISCLAIMER : the above steps helped for me. However i would recommend to try the same if you are aware about the steps else, I would highly recommend to communicate with the service or support engineer of nothing and check with my above steps.
