They do, but you need to ship the phone to them which makes it more costly, will take longer, and you need to factory reset your phone, which I do not want to do. I want to have it replaced in one day in a local service without having to do factory reset and then restore everything.

simplex uh that’s understandable, maybe worth calling that store and asking around, get a sense of their legitimacy.
