I recently switched from realme to nothing phone 1. I have been thinking of a sidebar where we can use applications like calculater, may be photos in pop-up view directly.. like how Samsung or realme has this feature.

I’ve just ordered the Nothing Phone (1) and I am switching from a Realme phone as well. I’ve really liked the sidebar function as it is very helpful, for example to quickly open the calculator app as a pop-up app while you’re working in another app.
I’d love to see this feature coming to Nothing as well

It’s what I miss the most from my oneplus 9, I still have it but it’s no longer my daily driver.

Yes it’s a must have feature
Especially for the users who are coming from other OEM’S to nothing OS

I agree, Sidebar is a must. App lock is also a feature which should be available !

vovan-v I don’t want it is like bloatware so please don’t implement in nothing OS 3.0.0.

Definitely should be one - Samsung’s one was really helpful with saving useful URLs and quick access apps. Defo should be implemented in NOS 3.0
sasiking I work in a finance company and calculator is a very important app for me. I need to use the calculator in popup view with financial apps many times during the day, so a calculator in the sidebar is very important for me.

sasiking I jus switched from Xiaomi and I really need this feature to, also the ability to open multiple apps in the pop up view like iPadOS.
These will be nice additions to the OS
