Ghouless VivekBhagat you are wrong and data sheet of this charger says the same. Btw, if charger is PPS enabled (so it’s capable of continuous voltage/current change instead of regular negotiating), on specs you will find also variable voltage (eg. 3.3V-21V). As you can see, this charger is classic PD 3.0 charger, with negotiation of 5V/9V/11V/15V/20V. Seems, that you are not fully involved in this topic and just trying to argue on basis of your limited knowledge and experience, so I’m ending this discussion with hint : get a quality chargers and cables.
Nick_AVqvp7R3V9 I recently received my new nothing phone 2, how ever I quickly noticed some weird behaviour. I have 2 identical 25 watt charger bricks from Samsung and 2 separate usb c wires. 1 of the 25w bricks was causing the phone to rapidly start and stop charging. I quickly ruled this out to be a bad brick so I took this as a opportunity to finally try a 65w brick (also from Samsung) how ever this new brick caused the same to happen, how ever this time less rapid. Still stop and start charging. I have now tested all the bricks with wire combinations on my phone and other phonew. The problem is still only on my phone. Im afraid I will have to send my phone back although I really don’t want to.
StudiesStock Should i use nothing phone 2 data cable of 3a Or should buy any 5a cable for fast charging?? I have urbn 65 w gan charger phone charge at maximum 33watt with original nothing phone 2 cable Should i buy 5a cable for maximum 45w output
UhiniMukherjee My phone suddenly stopped charging, although it’s showing charging rapidly. Anyone knows what can be done? I don’t think the port is damaged, has that been the issue it would have never showed charging rapidly.
ParthDeora So suddenly the phone 2 stopped charging and whenever i connect it to the charger it just keep fluctuating between “ charging rapidly and not charging” please help ……. I’m using nothing’s original cable that came in box and original adaptor of phone 2 my nothing buds and other devices are normally charged on this charger….any solution..??
tebygraves ParthDeora If you haven’t already done it, try cleaning the charging port with something like a toothpick and see if that helps. Sometimes lint and dirt builds up and prevents the cable from properly making contact.
