SridharR Facing the same issue. Even mailed the Nothing team about this. No solution yet.

MananNegi I too mailed they suggested go to service centre they will do only flash not sure that will fix this issue.

      SridharR

Got the same response for me too

I think there would be no use taking it to the service center since it’s a software bug which can only be fixed through an update

Got an issue with paytm login also
Need to add rupay card for UPI but it was not asking for otp which i am receiving
I thought logging out and logging it again will help but now even i am not able to login
Firstly i thought it is an issue of application and fought with paytm care but it is working in my other phone without any issue
Restarting the phone didn’t help in my case

Hi @adbo can you please explain about your warning strike ?
Are you guys serious about something ?
Please read your community rule 5th which says avoid tagging and use flags. That’s why i have flagged my post.
Maybe this UPI issue doesn’t matter to you guys but it matter to us(consumers).
What’s the point to spend our hard earned money to these type of devices/companies while you guys are busy in striking/warning to community users instead of rectifying a simple and important bug ?

AbhisarChoudhary Rule 5 has been amended to make it clearer what type of things should be flagged. Issues relating to products and software should not be flagged. As always, OS feedback should be submitted in Settings > System > Feedback. If you’ve got an issue you’d like to discuss with Nothing, you should contact Support.

I am too facing the issue since 15th Nov. It’s so annoying to note that it occurs across all the UPI apps.

Community users above have contacted support, and so the issue has been received by ‘Nothing’ team as well - it still persists on 16th day of 1st thread…

          SridharR ye

SridharR yes facing the same issue multiple times, have to restart the phone every time this happens. There’s no reliability

@Derren what guidelines you people are referring. After buying a phone that does not even fulfill the basic things and to discuss about the same in community forum, do we need to go to college a nd get a degree in nothing guidelines to flag an issue. There are multiple bugs i am facing on my day to day activities which makes me irritated like a hell. Along with upi app issue we are unable to zoom the camera to read the QR code from a distance. Microsoft teams audio issue is there where the other party shares the screen, mx player automatically shuts down after 10 mins of playtime. Let’s not bring the camera into discussion the pics are clumsy. We tried reaching the customer support they ask us to visit service centre. Like you have an exclusive service all over India. OnePlus success is their customer support during initial days. If it’s not for green line i would have bought OnePlus again. You guys are no less than the gree line. Two days once I am regretting why I even considered buying this phone. If @Carl doesn’t want to get tagged what it is there for him staying in this forum. Take up the critics as a step to move forward and not try to bring them down with your guidelines. I don’t know where that guidelines is and I will never read it. Your phone makes our day to day life a bit difficult. Understand the urgency of this issue. Don’t try to bring our voices down.

SudhagarRavichandran I too got strike when tagging Carl, I am facing this issue from first week itself.

Really bad experience with Nothing, I have purchased nothing because of stable software and support now what is point they unable to fix major bug for Indian consumers.

Those people not understanding our problems UPI application is basic essentials need for payment and money transfer.

Guys Don’t expect any kind of response from nothing

They are neither cared about the issue nor ready to fix it

Looks like Nothing is just like all the smartphone companies

They only say we take feedback seriously just for advertising sake

All we get is a strike warnings from the community staff rather than a proper response that the issue will be resolved in upcoming update or anything like that

            RahulKottadas

            There isn’t any permanent solution

You can restart your device it fixes the issue temporarily for 3 to 4 days

If the issue keeps repeating you need to restart again

This is the only solution available right now

facing same issue. as Nothing is not responsible or acknowledging, we need to approach social media influencers like gyan therapy/techbar/ utsav techie to take our voice forward
