Daud Hello mate, I don’t think your privacy has been compromised. This looks like it’s Android not picking up in an instant the mic/camera access has now stopped. Here’s what I’d do.
(a) Make sure all your apps are closed and no other apps are accessing camera/mic which you might be unaware of
(b) When you end a call, shut the app (and remove from multi tasking) immediately after and see if that updates
If you continue to experience this, log as feedback via Settings>System>Feedback 🙂
