When try to access the settings in Calling Account under the dailer it always shows the error.

The message shows Network or Sim Card Issue, but I highly doubt.

to access: Dailer settings > Calling Accounts > Additional settings

I did experience it with different carriers too but this same sim card is properly showing these settings on other device.

I also checked with other Nothing phone (2a) users and it’s showing for them, with same carrier.

Is it related with my specific device or something, I am confused.

Groot54 Are you using the Google Phone app? If so, then it must be an issue with either the app itself or with the carrier or maybe with the OS (least likely if other sim related functions are working). Try updating to the latest version of the app from Play Store. I’m on the Phone 2, using Jio and it is working fine for me:

Rivan Yes, I am using Google Dailer, and I even tried with Jio (The above one is Airtel) it’s shows the same error.

But the thing is, the same setting is accessible for the same sim card on other device.

Groot54 If the SIM is working on other devices then it likely isn’t an issue with the carrier. For now, you could try the following things and see if it works:

        • Restart your phone.
        • Turn off Airplane mode if it is on.
        • Turn off WiFi and then see if it works. (And also try after turning mobile data on.)
        • Go to Settings > Network and internet > Internet and click on the Fix connectivity icon in the upper right corner.
        • Reset your APN to default.
        • Try clearing Cache of the Phone app. (Only clear the cache and not the storage or you will lose your data.)

If none of these works then report an issue via Settings > System > Feedback. Additionally you could also report the issue on the Google Phone app’s Play Store page.
