Phone (3a) Series Battery Life Discussion

I recently purchased the Nothing Phone 3a and have noticed that the battery drains very quickly during WhatsApp video calls. Even with a full charge, the battery percentage drops significantly within a short period. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Are there any settings or optimizations that could help reduce battery consumption during video calls? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I got my phone 3a 2 days ago and I’m getting around 6 hours of SOT, maybe it will increase

Im satisfied with 6 hours of SOT regardless

sharonnn_ strange..how a 25k phone is giving 6-7 hour sot and cmf ph1 15k phone is giving almost 10hr of sot without battery saver or any optimisation… I’m getting like 7 minutes per 1% of battery…

sharonnn_ Charge it to full, use it normally as you do, when it gets to about 30-40% post those screenshots here 🤷‍♂️ Like this, although I’m far from 40% clearly:

I’m also on the (3a) and my battery life is nothing but amazing so far (in three months with the phone).

Anonymous931 So update on my previous comment here, 19 hours after and this is the battery so far. A solid chunk of that it was at full brightness when I was at the beach. It was “draining” overnight because of constant activity (sharing hotspot + background music). Screen on time over 11 hours and 20% more to go. Insane battery life, I can’t complain about anything at all.
