I recently purchased the Nothing Phone 3a and have noticed that the battery drains very quickly during WhatsApp video calls. Even with a full charge, the battery percentage drops significantly within a short period. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Are there any settings or optimizations that could help reduce battery consumption during video calls? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

AyushKumar_JZuatP7eh3 I also bought my Nothing Phone 3a 15 days back and facing the same issue.With the phone being idle also there is rapid drainage of battery.

I just got my phone a couple off days ago and the battery drains rather quick, I can see in battery consumption that Spotify takes a lot of power, i do use Spotify a lot, but don’t think it should take as much of the battery as it does, especially with as big a battery this has

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an idle battery drain issue on my Nothing Phone 3a Pro. I charge my phone to 70% at night, but by the time I wake up in the morning, the battery drops to around 66% or 65%, even though I have no active apps running.

Is there any way to reduce this drain, or could this be a software issue that needs fixing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

my 3a pro is always with batt saving mode, it gets around 1d15h , with a normal use: gaming, photos, social media use.

I also have battery drain issue. Youtube is the one that drains a lot of battery. Haven’t had this much drain from Youtube on previous devices.
