On watching the reviews of nothing 3a and 3a pro I noticed a new camera app, algorithms and filters for better camera output.Although these phones use new camera hardware for better output, does other phones will get the camera update as well as new essential space even if we don’t have a extra button.
Currently nothing 2 have battey drain rapidly and having wifi connection problems. pls correct it.
It will be cool if nothing have the lock screen wallpaper layer featur
Give an option to add Third party apps widgets in lockscreen and more lockscreen clocks like depth effect clocks,and more transition effects (we only have glass and atmosphere) please Nothing team, also add an option to add apps wherever we want including widgets in different positions like samsung did if possible

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my experience with the Nothing Phone (3a) and Nothing OS. The clean UI, smooth performance, and unique design make it stand out. However, I’d love to see a few audio-related features that would significantly enhance the user experience.
1. Per-App Volume Control
In some custom Android skins (e.g., Vivo’s Funtouch OS, Samsung’s One UI), users can adjust volume levels individually for different apps. This is extremely useful when:
Watching a YouTube video at a comfortable level while keeping game audio minimal.
Balancing different audio sources without having to constantly adjust the main volume.
Having dedicated volume sliders per app would provide a customized and distraction-free experience. This feature could be integrated into the volume panel or Nothing OS settings → Sound & vibration.
2. Simultaneous Audio Output (Different Sources on Different Outputs)
Another game-changing feature would be the ability to play music through Bluetooth while keeping system sounds or other apps on the phone speaker—a feature already seen in some other brands.
Example: Listening to Spotify on Bluetooth earbuds/speakers while keeping Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts playing through the phone’s speaker.
This is especially useful when multitasking, allowing seamless content consumption without pausing music.
Why This Feature Matters?
Enhances multitasking: Users don’t have to compromise between music and social media.
Improves usability: No need to keep reconnecting Bluetooth just to hear system sounds or notifications.
Custom experience: Users can choose where each audio source plays for a more flexible and immersive experience.
These small yet impactful additions would bring Nothing OS one step closer to a more intuitive and customizable smartphone experience. I hope you consider adding these features in a future update!

I think it would be great if nothing had all apps of its own rather than using Google apps..it would also help in security reasons like everything will be on your mobile it won’t be stored on any google cloud or any other online cloud storage..wishing that this would be helpfull
I love the 8 bit style for folder icons for the apps. But they’re rather limited. Would there be a possibility of creating an app or something so that we could make our own custom 8 bit style folder icons?
During Fingerprint Recognition, the display near fingerprint sensor glow because the sensor itself is a optical sensor (a literal Camera) which obviously depends on light to capture data so the illuminance of the display is used;
I get it, it’s annoyingly superbright (it literally makes my finger look red
) it will be cool if nothing would fix that by decreasing the luminance or something
There needs to be an option to control what apps show up on the music player widget because it shows the thumbnails of the youtube videos and also videos playing on the browser. It ruins the asthetic and the image doesn’t even fill the entire widget.

Hi, id like to propose the idea of bringing a launcher shortcut/activity that can be called by other apps. Im currently
Launching the recents action
Swiping left
Trying to click the close all button, if that fails (button not drawn bc not swiped, otherwise swipe left again)
Then click the close all button
This sometimes fails and isnt really optimized.
With the recent hold to close you brought some change, but it still cant be automated fully.
This feature may not be concerning fot everyone, but it wouldn’t hurt if thr nothing launcher/os would be way more accessible by external apps/automation.
It could also just be put on a Homescreen that way for example or be controlled by other apps (eg close all apps when i lock the screen).
