I’ve had CMF phone 1 for a few months now and I haven’t had this issue at all.
In fact I think the build quality is really fascinating for this price

ok Thanks for your answers I already have the Nothing phone 3a and I love Nothing os and now I need a secondary phone for work and I want to stay on Nothing os so the cmf tempts me well 
other people have had the cmf for a while to testify on this problem?
Ben_CDQsDk21KU CMF is great in terms of display, performance and camera. If you’re asking for the camera scratches…. Then it tend to get scratched up pretty easily. I’m sure most of the people use their phone with some sort of case and it does protect it from most sorts of damages.
All I’m saying is that, the scratches aren’t that bad. You might tend to see the scratches if you’re tend to use the phone without a case.

TRRanganath I use my phone without an case and I use it roughly…. Have no scratches…. BUT the phone has a different set of problems….. so don’t buy….
Keerthin Oh! Then you’re just lucky! Mine got a tiny smudge like scratch within the first 7 days of my purchase.

Timbonator the biggest problem would be….. the video was taken by me…. This happens to every phone by the way….. I have 2 CMFs…. ;-;
