I’m using the stable build on np1 and i thought i would really like this app. But it’s kind of irritating now. The glyphs turn on randomly, although i haven’t set up any condition. They don’t seem to turn off, it’s always ON. I tried force closing the app , clear data etc. Did not work for me. I even tried the Glyph timer qs tile and the timer has stopped already, but the glyph light (bottom) is still on. It’s been almost 2 hrs now and i noticed it now. Please add a kill switch until these issues get resolved. Thanks!

bazilbycom Hey, which glyph turns on and doesn’t turn off? The app is thoroughly tested in all the phones. I have testers who own phone 1 as well and they didn’t report any such thing and issues which were reported is already fixed. So please be clear like which glyph turns on, a video possibly. I need information to fix if there is any issue

Vishwam when using the DND feature, it asks me to enable permissions in the app, but i don’t SEE the permission, and all permissions are already enabled.

JochieSantiago Hey, thank you so much. This needs a special permission. Head to the
Settings > Apps > Special App Access > Do Not Disturb Access > SmartGlyph and turn it on

Vishwam yes, of course. a15, nos3.2 is the latest for phone 2. I also have the bootloader unlocked, but there is no root. If it’s important

nottoday Yes this helps. Can you try clearing the app data of the play store and Google play services which will delete the corrupted cache in your play store. If this is the only reason then it should be fixed. And with this error also you are on the latest update
