Subject: Feedback on Fingerprint Issue with Nothing Phone 3A Pro
Dear Nothing Community Team,
Hello! I am a user of the Nothing Phone 3A Pro and I’ve encountered an issue with the fingerprint feature that I hope to get help with from the community or technical support.
Issue Description:
The fingerprint function on my Nothing Phone 3A Pro is not working properly. Specifically, the following happens:
When trying to register a fingerprint, the system displays a message saying “Fingerprint not calibrated.”
I attempted to enter the engineering mode by dialing ##0##, and while the fingerprint feature didn’t work after the first attempt, I could not enter the debugging mode on the second try.
After that, I’m unable to access the debugging interface again.
I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Restarting the phone
Clearing the cache
Ensuring the system is up to date
Deleting and re-registering the fingerprint
Attempting to clear the cache in recovery mode
However, the issue persists.
Request for Support:
Is there a known solution for this fingerprint issue?
Are there any further steps or advice on how to access the engineering mode again for fingerprint debugging?
If this is a system or hardware issue, is there a way I can seek warranty support or other assistance?
I would appreciate your help with this and look forward to your response. Thank you in advance!
