Used ear (stick) for 4 month and how have issue with volume on the right earbud. Tried to clean the speaker with a toothbrush and hair dryer from the post below but it didn’t help . I’m not sure but it looks like a software problem. Has anyone had such a problem?

It’s incredible, I barely sent an email to support because my Ear sticks were very quiet, especially the left one, but I just cleaned them with a toothbrush and they sounded like they were in the beginning, incredible but it worked!

It works everytime you clen them. If that’s the case they should provide some brush kind of thing.. the volume of the earbuds have dropped like crazy have to close the ears to hear a dialogue.. common nothing we don’t expect this…

I am facing an issue for the low volume. Please increase the sound in ear stick, consider this update. This is my 7th time to reset the ear stick.
If this is not done, i would love to switch with the boAt earbuds.
