I bought the Nothing ear and received it yesterday. After I couldn’t reorder a case for my ear 2. Which I don’t think is very environmentally conscious, but it doesn’t matter.

Its feels like the material is cheaper with new nothing ear and has very sharp edges. So really very sharp edges even at the notch it is very sharp.The material also no longer feels high-quality. Maybe it comes from the edges abee it seems cheaper

    JAYGG Hey mate, I’ve got Ear (2) & Ear 2024 and I can’t tell there to be a material difference in the quality of the case. If it’s an issue, I’d suggest contacting the retailer you purchased the Ear’s from and seeking a replacement.

      I know exactly what you are referring to. It is not a matter of poor or lesser quality material. Rather of finishe. I recently purchase the Ear 2024 while also having the Ear 2. The case seams to be molded to be one piece of plastic. Yet there seams to be what would appear as a ‘seam’ from the mold. As this is not affecting the integrity or quality of the product, rather that the seem of the mold had some plastic in it that has maintained itself to the case. Which has not been ‘sanded’ or finished to be smooth. I personally am not worried about how this is on my set or that there is a slight groove or seam.
