DWMA I don’t play any demanding games, but for eg. BoardKings sometimes is choppy compared to my OnePlus 8T. I mean the refresh rate is very fluent, but sometimes it get some hickup, and it’s noticable. The funny thing is that when I run this game in a “popup mode” there are no warps and it’s very smooth.
MohanChandrakumar Gaming experience is pretty average for a phone with 8 series flagship chip, need 90 fps enablement for better gaming experience, they simply put the blame on game developers🤦

Irfansheikh @Remi F Don’t forget that it has powerful stable 8 + gen 1 processor which is capable producing high performance in gaming and heavy usage tasks. So there is no debate wheather its a gaming or non gaming phone. Its just a basic functionality where every other brands is better than nothing, So nothing teams needs to constantly work on this .

MadOne 128MridhulMurali I played COD Mobile and surprisingly it is performing great. No overheating or frame drop issues. But with Efootball 2024 the issue is the same. Overheats quickly to 40 c and then starts dropping frames. I also visited service centre back in April for some screen issue and then rolled it back to 2.5.3 and gaming performance on Efootball 2024 returned back to normal and great again. Once again I updated to 2.5.5 and now 2.5.6 and the gaming perfect on Efootball 2024 dropped. What is your update on this game?

I have seen oneplus giving many featurs related to gaming in my friend’s phone he only has a onplus ce 3 lite. but we here phone 2 being an important phone of nothing’s we dont get any of such features and performance related. another important thing that i noticed is that they removed the fps count meter that was there earlier version of nothing os. now we can’t even see the live fps while playing the game. how can we accurately track the performace?
AmjithViswambharan In version 2.6 COD Mobile is running great.No such heating issues even after playing 3 hours straight.I usually play without a cover so i can feel the warmth is low.I don’t know other games because I am not playing in np2.If we turn on performance mode the heating is slightly larger,but not an over heating issue or warnings. I am a casual gamer so i actually don’t need performance mode to activate.Even performance is larger than i expected even in normal mode.
