Iāve been a Nothing user from the early days. Phone (1) in my pocket, Ear (2) in my ears, and Iāve truly admired the brandās vision. When news of Phone (3) started to build, I made a decision: this would be my major upgrade. I skipped the 3a, waited four months, and even thought of it as a birthday gift to myself. I was excited to be first in line, ready for the next leap.
Then came the big reveal: Ā£800. Roughly ā¹90,000.
Iām someone who upgrades by exchanging my old device. Itās how I make premium tech accessible. But this time, the price felt like a punch I wasnāt braced for. I get it, growth needs revenue, and innovation comes at a cost. But still, this one hit harder than I expected.
This isnāt a rant.
Itās a reflection. A way of processing how quickly a brand that once felt within reach now feels a little further away. I still love Nothingās vision. But Iām also asking: who is the Phone (3) really for?
So Iām opening this up to the community:
What are your thoughts post-reveal? Has the pricing shifted your plans? Letās talk. Not just specs, but the sentiment.
