Purchased the phone couple of days back- thrilled and excited about the os 2.5 update and the changes it is going to offer.

I haven’t fiddled with the beta 2 much yet but isn’t the blur affect for the wallpaper on the lock screen only? Or is that what you mean and you don’t have that option?

That was an option on beta 1 though, so if there is an option for the home screen I haven’t seen that yet.

Oh it’s there, at the bottom of the home screen options, icon with stars.

Rob is team also looking forward for optimising the os more so it can be more power efficient as the beta is already consuming more then the previous stable build

MIMOPATRA Usually best to make an assessment of battery consumption after a few days has passed.

Hey @Rob ⚡️ the refresh rate is not going lower than 10 plus it’s fluctuating between 10 and 120 whilst idle in 2.5.2 beta.

AkshatGuleria As mentioned above, best to submit feedback direct to our software teams via Settings, System, Feedback🫡

Please provide phone gallery irrespective of Google photo because of storage problem at cloud it is irritating and third party app have add problem. Therefore I request the nothing to provide there own album or gallery like other brands such as motorola

Is it still having poor quality issues with apps like Netflix? Don’t know how the signing procedure is, so I can’t tell if Nothing can avoid this issue somehow, but it would be great.

How many Nothing os updates will phone 1 receive?

GordonLutz Icon with stars is the one which brings in the shattered glass effect but they have also updated with a complete blur kind of wallpaper option similar to iphone. Guess it also will get rolled out only by december along with the pedometer and interactive music widget.

On Android 9 and later devices:

            1. Touch and hold the Home screen.

            2. Tap Widgets .

            3. Touch and hold the screen time widget. You’ll get images of your Home screens.

            4. Pull the widget where you want it and lift your finger.

Thanks for the beta access ! Predictive back option looks sooo good, I hope it will be implemented in all apps.

The only negative point is that, as you can see on the video, I still can’t use Google Wallet with the double-press power button option…There is still improvement compare to Beta 1 because I couldn’t even select Google Wallet like “Commande des appareils” on the video.
