Guys, it may sound a bit stupid, but have you tried cleaning the buds? I’ve had this issue with all my in ears, there’s build up on the driver or some fluid on the net in the earpiece that’s dramatically reducing audio volume Even if you don’t see anything. Try cleaning it off, it works wonders.
