To be honest, it’s not my job to find out what updates are installed on my smartphone and what they do there.
I expect trust and transparency from a manufacturer. After all, I have to trust them because I entrust them with all kinds of information about myself. My data is my life, and I want to know how the device on which it is supposed to be “secure” works.
But what NOTHING does here is say, “Here’s an update,” and that’s it.
How am I supposed to know what (for example) the last small update did to my phone and why it ran at full capacity for two days afterward and was even constantly warm at night?
Other manufacturers can also publish a complete log of an update.
Dear NOTHING team, take the criticism seriously and do something about it.
So many of your (still) loyal customers write about their sometimes really serious problems in the community here, and the only thing you come up with is:
You’re simply forgetting that happy and satisfied customers come back. Dissatisfied customers don’t.
