Josh SasiKumar_fhFgIdzPi0 JP has the first part correct make sure “File Transfer” is selected in order to access your stuff on your PC’s File Explorer (x86 and ARM Mac people have to download the Android File Transfer app before doing all of this) I use a Pixel 7 and it has the same issue as well. sometimes I’m unable to transfer stuff from it to my computer if the issue persists, restart either your PC or phone and the file transfer will probably pop up additional resources: https://support.google.com/android/answer/9064445?hl=en#zippy=%2Cwindows-computer https://android.p2hp.com/filetransfer/index.html
