We're grateful to @"Fr4nKB"#45598 @"RapidZapper"#3132 @"SebiAi"#28468 @"AndreaFanelli"#21677 and @"Rahul"#16057 for building the very first community Glyph Toys using an early version of the SDK. Vishwam mmmm… I think so, you should maintain the APIs, right now I don’t have the API, I’ll have to test it.

Joseph_Developer Hey, thank you so much. Then I think before applying for another API I have to add features now and release this in closed beta and ask some phone 3 users to test it. I think that’s the best option

how can someone learn to develop apps and anything like this. I’d like to give it a go, but i have ZERO knowledge.

Rob ⚡️ this is great but I imagine we need an actual device to test and build these? In the launch video there was a Matrix Simulator - will this be made available as it would be a great way to validate and test work without a phone.

PS: While it’s great work by all involved - feel like need to really polish up the SDK and tooling for developers to get the maximum traction on this.

Can someone explain why there is the google forum and this github. I’ve been making animations and submitting them through the forum as concept toys. Am I doing it wrong, and does the github fully let you make the glyphs? Am I meant to wait for the phone to come out first to start using the github? I see you can’t simulate them yet.

(I don’t know how to use github)

HollandGauthier That form is for getting that API for the glyphs. And that GitHub is for guiding you for making the app. You can’t directly customize. You have to make an app in Android studio and publish on play store. Try using some community made apps like SmartGlyph, Glyphify, Glyph notifications etc etc

Fr4nKB I mean without having the phones its possible to test. You have to create closed testing and add some testers in that and ask them about the performance.

Rob ⚡️ Hey!

I have no idea how to develop, but i think it would be awesome to use the glyph matrix as a stock market ticker. Like these old school ticker boards on Wall Street. The user could define his watchlist and the glyph matrix would show the prices of these stocks, bonds, fx-rates etc…

I would love it if someone built this!
