Kyubendo First, if I wanted a cheaper phone or a different brand, I would look for one. I happen to like Nothing phones, I have the 2 (damaged), the 3a, and I’m thinking of getting the CMF Phone 2 Pro for work.
Second, don’t care if companies make phones in differing price categories or not. We all have a choice in which phone we buy. I am just talking about Nothing, who do cover all categories. (now).
Third, if you read my post properly, you’ll see that I wasn’t beating up on any company, I commented on the amount of posters beating up on the Phone 3 because of design, specs and price, and how that may be beneficial to me going forward. Personally I wouldn’t pay the price they are asking, I know I could get something like a Galaxy Fold 5 for the same money. But I respect their right to style, spec and price the phone however they choose.
My point was that the general wave of dislike could result in a price drop which might bring the phone within the price range I would be willing to pay.
