Frankfurt Drop Expectations

Hey Nothing Community,

I am new here and interested in a new NP (3). I heard there will be a drop on July 12, 2025 in Frankfurt; however, I have no experience with drops and did not applied for community invitations. (Even though I waited for the phone for a month or so. It would be great to communicate this info to broader audience.)

I want to ask the members who participated the previous drops - does it make any sense to go there or are the chances of getting NP (3) 1st Edition as little as 0 for me?

Asking because I am from Munich and it will take me some time and money to reach it.

And yes, I am interested specifically in NP (3) 1st Edition.

asalynskii Nothing confirmed they have at least 30 additional packages besides those which reserved for sale. It has also been confirmed that winners lose their reserved package if they don’t show up 15 minutes before the event starts - these packages will be added to those 30+ available on a first come, first served base.

So typically it does make sense showing up there, you don’t need to camp in front of the store, however showing up half an hour prior start isn’t a bad idea. I guess the so far mixed reactions from within the community might also lead to lower demand an as such higher chances in getting a package.

I would go there myself, but it’s too much a hassle for me.

Thx for the explanation 👌 I’m going to paris whatever is happening since I’ve already brought my train tickets (didn’t know about those invites only, just saw the drops section on their website).

Where did nothing confirmed that there will be 30 more phone/package to buy? Do you think I should just forget it, order it online and hangout in Paris instead?

PierroDuff You’re welcome, it has been stated in an e-mail regarding the 1st Edition. Frankfurt: At least 30 units, Vienna: At least 10 units and Zurich at least 10 units.

I don’t know how many unreserved units there will be in Paris. Your best bet might be hopping onto the Nothing Discord and get access to the French channel and kindly ask there.
