Network Problem on CMF Phone 2 Pro – Signal Bars Show, But No Calls or Internet

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently switched to the CMF Phone 2 Pro, and I’m facing a strange network issue. Occasionally, my phone shows full signal bars, but calls and mobile data stop working completely. The only way to fix it is by restarting the device.

I’m using the Jio 5G network, and this problem never occurred with my previous phone using the same SIM. It seems to have started only after switching to the CMF Phone 2 Pro.

Is anyone else facing this issue? Any suggestions or fixes would be appreciated!

Im also facing the issue. I need to restart the phone every time for the signal to be normal.

I get signal bar dropping, but then the only way to regain operation is to restart phone - have only five days left to decide if I’m keeping or getting rid. Not impressed so far.

I was facing same issue , so I switched to Airtel, now it’s better.

Take the SIM out and put it back in the phone that works test it if it good then make sure the Nothing phone is off before putting the SIM back in then power on see if that works

Mine did the same for me in USA on ATT I had to put the SIM in an phone that it works in then take it back out and install it back in the nothing phone to get it to work but make sure the phone is off when installing the SIM.

I am in jio 5g. In my previous phone there was very good network strength and speed, but when I switched to CMF 2PRO signal strength is very weak, espicall speed during 4g is very down, sometimes below 10kbps. Is there any solution?
