When will you make it possible to change camera’s while making a video? I was absolutely shocked that wasn’t possible. I’ve been able to do that for over a decade, even on cheap phones.

erikvanseggelen ah, my last phone let me record PIP with the selfie cam and the regular cams so this hardware should do that as well.

CMF1_hacker I use my phone to make short vlogs and i switch between selfie camera and front to explain stuff.

Hope they make that available soon because i have trips planned 🙂

CMF1_hacker Hoping to get it soon, as Support instructed me to update to it to fix an annoying issue with the Search Engine Selector always popping up asking me which search engine I want to use. They tell me to download and install the latest update, but it doesn’t appear to have fully rolled out yet.

CMF1_hacker nope, nothing here yet. Support told me it would fix my ‘always on’ Glyph matrix issue I contacted them about, but still nothing showing. Still on the OOTB June release.

There are still issues when setting the generative tone…

Now the generative mode works, but it doesn’t switch between different styles. No matter how many times I change it, I only get one type of generative tone!

To make it change, I have to do this: set a custom tone for the contact, then remove it, and then select between “chermical” or “diode”. Only then does it actually switch. It’s surreal, lol.

I’ve just noticed that the Notification Sound Mode switched from “Classic” to “Generative” after the software update, but this is not a big deal, I switched it back to Classic 👍

Was Nothing OS 3.5 developed specifically for Nothing Phone 3? Or will it be distributed to other models as well?

The camera is so slow on the latest firmware. I press to take a photo and it doesn’t take the photo for around 1-1.5 seconds. Anyone else seeing this?

I know that Europeans got it and were complaining that the GM settings/rules were still wonky. I don’t think that anyone in the UK received it? (Did anyone?)

I also think that the OTA stopped rolling out as even the firmware bot thread is gone now?

Can anyone confirm, or am I imagining things?

I assume that NTL stopped rolling it out and are trying to fully fix the GM settings (as shown by the “pet” toy settings that are also slightly fubar’ed?

Hi.

First of all, congrats to Nothing for launch Phone (3) and all the teams involved in development.

I just purchased this phone and absolutely loved it. The minimalist UI and UX are just awesome and I can focus on everything.

Just now, I tested one game called Epic Seven with Google account. In this account, there two game servers I currently been playing with. Whenever I try to switch to another server, the game will needs to restart to establish the connection. Unfortunately, when it tried to connect, the game suddenly closed on its own. I try to open it again but the problem still persist. Already reinstall and nothing fix.

I don’t know if it due to the Android 15 itself or the game compatibility with Phone (3)…

Also, does Phone (3) don’t have any built-in equaliser?
