I’m at 39% with 6h35min of screen time, 2h19min of playing games (passive, I have a job), 49 minutes of Instagram and 45 minutes of youtube, my pixel 7 would have needed to sit on the charger hours ago.

mxnp2307 just use it for some time…mobile will adopt yo your usage…and battery life will get fixed…qnd if not…contact support

I’m getting about ~7hrs screen on time across two days between charges. (I charge overnight typically)

@CMF1_hacker, have you done any optimisation?

I’m not unhappy with my screen on time/charge interval but you’re getting lots more which is curious.

Yesterday it still made it all the way through the second day even though I spent a large session reading some articles in bright sun, so the display was at 100% for a good long while.

Smii hi! No optimisation but I haven’t installed any social media apps as I think they’re energy hogs (no FB, LI, insta, TT, etc…) and I’ll access them through browser if I want.

Hi Team,

After made a charge of 85% to 90% battery level. the battery is getting drian out with in 1 day with normal usage itelf. Over all battery capacity is 5000 MAH, So my expectations atleast 2 days the battery should not drain out for normal usage. Did any one facing this issue ? Or I am the one facing this issue ? .

Team need some suggestions or tips to maintain the battery in good condition.

dreddit I think they are great. I’m a guy who uses his phone a lot, and after eight hours of use I got 60%. Of course it varies depending on usage and if you’re in a hot area, but there’s also really fast charging and smart charging options, which should keep the battery life going for a long time.

Jb233 Use Firefox instead of Google Chrome, use Ublock Origin to block ads, and watch getting some significant battery boost just because the CPU doesn’t have to work to render all those ads in the browser.

Or even better use Brave browser and see almost no ads, along with extra privacy features.

SrivigneshSivakumar that graph is very hard to interpret. Charge it to full, drain it to 0% and see how much SoT you get.

1hr gaming - BGMI

3hr - social media - mainly X and instagram

1.5hr - casual browsing

1.5hr - Spotify

1.5hr - other

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know why the Nothing Phone 3 is overheating and lagging after the latest update?

Since updating, I’ve noticed that I can’t run two heavy apps at the same time. After a while, the phone starts heating up and the system becomes noticeably slow and unresponsive.

I’ve been a Nothing user since the Phone 1, and I never faced this type of issue on the previous models. Performance used to be smooth, even under heavy use, but now it feels like the phone struggles with multitasking.

Another issue is the battery. Before the update, I could easily get through a full day on a single charge—even with heavy usage. Now, the battery drains much faster and I need to charge it twice a day. On top of that, when the battery reaches 5%, the phone shuts down immediately instead of lasting until 0%.

Has anyone else been experiencing the same overheating, lag, and battery drain issues since the update? If so, have you found any fixes or workarounds?
