Not yet recieved the latest update 2.5. I had checked every day. Is there any option to Manually update the phone?

Guys, just read the previous comments and do a little research in the different areas instead of asking the same questions 100 times.

I have been using Samsung Buds 2 with NP2 from almost 4 months and have reported the same issue multiple times but still no workaround or fix for it. Whenever I raise a bug I get generic (bot-like) replies to wait for next update and issue would be fixed. But after NOS 2.5.1 feedback option under System setting itself is not there to report.

Issue I’m facing is, that after few minutes of buds usage, the sound between both buds either get out-of-sync for a few moments and then resume fine or they go silent for a few seconds

Also while continuously using the buds either the left or right bud gets discharged faster as compared to the other. This issue is not there when the same Samsung buds are being used with Samsung or Mi phones.

Post 2.5.1 stable release, feedback option is also removed.

    AshwinTaraiya I also use Samsung Buds 2 on my phone 2 and battery drain is more one one bud. Like 30% remains on the left bud when right buds discharge completely. I thought that was the Buds issue until I saw this post. Exact same syncing issue also as you have mentioned. Hope there is a fix.

      It’s not an issue with buds because I got my buds 2 replaced recently like 10-15 days back. Hopefully here, someone from nothing might notice.

      Because my tickets raised with them are getting no response.

      Also I can add that the missing feedback form in the update will make a comeback, this issue has been raised multiple times, they are aware of it 😉

          Rob ⚡️ i got the notification to update the phone but i unconsciously ignore that notification and now i am not getting that notification again i have tried manually checking for updates but its showing your phone is up to date …what should i do now?

                I have updated from 2.04 to 2.5.1 and then 2.5.1A. the whole time I saw the feedback option. I don’t know why lots of people complain they don’t have this feature. Until now since couple of days didn’t have any problems, glitches or something else. Battery life is still awesome. BTW I’m from Germany, but the update should be the same for all. Did you guys tried a factory reset, although is a no go
