Finally got my hands on Ear (2) but I wasn’t able to use them.
There is NO SOUND AT ALL coming out from the right bud.
I have an iPhone15 Pro with the lasted iOS installed (and even tried with an Android phone from a friend) and tried to connect and disconnect the bluetooth, factory reset, turn on and phone my device, I even reset the network settings. Still NO SOUND.
I am able to skip song etc.. pressing not the stem.
ah… of course they are fully changed.
anyone had a similar experience?
how to fix it? I’d like to use this product… at least once!!!
