Andrew_HoSP Either fix all the issues you caused with the new firmoware or just let us go back to the old one. Like come on, I bought those nice looking headphones just to instantly get hit with a major downgrades in all aspects. Also, I completely cant understand what path of thinking is this, to turn down the volume and bass to cover up the distortion problem. Its not a real fix, it just forces you to listen quieter and with less bass. “Look, it’s no longer humming!” It’s starting to look like the problem isn’t software, but poorly designed hardware. If that’s the case, you can expect a massive amount of warranty claims from customers.
Additionally, I would like to point out that your most prestigious audio product still does not have the Auto EQ function, which is found in cheaper on-ear headphones from CMF.
