Mobile data disconnects during phone calls

I am using the Nothing Phone 1 since it came out the phone is excellent but there is just 1 problem which I think is a big problem and should be resolved soon, whenever I receive a phone call mobile data disconnects immediately and whatever I am doing at that time using mobile data gets stuck, it has happened many times that my payments have gotten stuck due to this bug. I would really like the nothing team to fix this.

I have also noticed this issue. It’s very much annoying.

I think it’s not a bug. You must enable the ‘4G calling’ option from your SIM settings, or whenever you make/receive a call you will lose the mobile network connection. Your carrier must also be compatible with that function.

Jean it is enabled still 4g and 5g both disconnect carrier is also compatible as this didn’t happen with the same sim in my previous phone.

Do you use two sim cards in the phone?

myidispg Yes I do and I have enabled the option where data from the 2nd sim can be used when on call but the switch is not seamless and atleast for a few seconds there is no internet access when the switch is happening.

Yes, I am also facing same issue.I unable to connect data while calls using.Not only financial even professional work also distrubing.Please resolve this Issue on PRIORITY.I am using NOTHING 2A model.
