Shubh Hello happy you like our app, while there are some bug we need to address we’ll address these in the next update. The glyph lights has not yet been built-in for notifications within N Dial. We’re looking to add this feature in due time.

Hello Team, love the N- Dialer app, if this works with glyph then it’s really good for everyone, and there is some bug like- when I try to add photo to contact it stop working and take me back to call history.

RohitSingh_UODQ0Iv0Xz Hi Rohit, at the moment we are mainly focusing on the functionality of the calling and fixing other bugs that the users face in N Dial. Glyph is exclusive to Nothing devices and our app is widely available for all. Hence, that becomes an added feature that we aren’t focusing at the moment. However, when we reach to V5, that’s where we will be focusing on our main features.

Need a full screen dialer with only one slider either up or down. Google dialer is very out dated and old. Good have not updated the dialer since ages. Nothing should build one foe it’s fan.

Ali Fakhruddin Could I ask you to fix the error I have with the application? The problem is that when I hang up on someone, nothing phone 2 thinks I’m still talking and the sensor bugs the one for the calls Hands-free And every time I use the phone and blink my finger next to the sensor, the screen turns off Sorry for such a strange message but I had to use a translator 🥲

ScienceFake All the problems and bugs will be fixed in the coming updates. We faced a major issue last month with no laptop to work on and no phone to test. So we were still figuring out how to work it out. Finally we were able to get both couple of weeks ago. So we have now resumed working on N Dial and soon the new update will be out.

N Dial has a team working hard to revamp the app for the release of version 5. Basically current bug’s are or have been worked on and a complete rebuild of the app. As Ali Fakhruddin already stated we’ve had a few setbacks with equipment and the team are hard at work to give you all something new in N Dial in it’s next release.

Shubh Sorry we’ve been busy it’s almost ready just some fine tuning and in-house testing, hopefully this month as in June if not July for definite, but we’re looking a June release date if the testing goes to plan.

Why is the glyph light not functioning during incoming calls?

joebenmvarghese18 Because we need to get it implemented. So far we tried everything from our end to enable it but no luck. We will try to reach the Nothing team for this.

Here are few things that I noticed.

The proximity sensor sometimes does not work.

The quality of the photograph that is set is blurred during the call.

The buttons while making any change takes 2-3 times to work.

Shubh The proximity sensor is a tricky one and it has issues with most of my apps not just N Dial. The quality of the photos are low coz they’re synced with google, which doest not allow hi-res photos so we will see what we can do in the next update since processing on the device makes the res image appear after a while and not instant. As for the buttons, any change you make in the contact card, click the tick to update it.

Ali Fakhruddin yes I understand it is not easy to develop and fix things.

All works great. The right click icon works as well but I need to click it two three times.

It may be possible that I’m not used to the phone haptics😂

Ali Fakhruddin i have installed this app again on 17th of june i was eagerly waiting for new update .

But some things in this update made me uninstall this app. I even replied here but my reply isn’t showing so i am again writing here ..

App overhaul is great. And your and your team’s work is appreciated.

App is minimalistic and i like it ..my review will be in 2 parts:-

1: Good

.App layout is good
App functions are excellent like left swipe up for. Settings
Options to search name with alphabet placement nicely done.
Phone call or whatsapp call in one place.
Notes or calculator option while calling.

2: BAD

some things make it non minimalistic. Like i’m viewing contacts history and i press back i am viewing contacts now i press back again It will lead me to recents while as in google dialer i am out of app in two back taps.

People here are saying proximity sensor not working mine proximity censor is working even after i have cut call 2 hours ago n my screen goes black as soon as i keep my hand on proximity sensor and it gets fixed as soon as i change default app.
After disconnecting call app remains in recent and when u tap at it in recent apps app will open & remain frezed on call screen and time duration of call during disconnected until u clear from recnets.
Banner thing is useless in this app you cant have that bigger banner covering 1/3rd of screen and that too showing half photo. Of contact and when banner is minimised in little banner details of call doesn’t align perfectly.
If you don’t use banner, while receiving call if you use another app and now want to go back to call u have to go to recents in case and open app from there no option.
If i have set default app then why i m. Recieving notification of missed call from google dialer which i don’t get if i use any another app.
No native video calling support ( video call via sim card)
Not merging banner in notifications.
Adding photo adds a new contact in app and sometimes you dont get photos from google imported contacts . And some times while dialing same number from recent no contact picture will be there.If you upload photo from app itself photo will be blurry again .

I hope this app gets all features and comes as default dialer in nothing os but with all bugs fixed

Amarjeet4320 Hello 👋. What you haven’t mentioned are the bugs from the version 4.5. I would suggest you do a fresh install of V5 named as Krivi. This version eliminates a lot of bugs, yet not being perfect we are still working on fixing the proximity issue and profile pictures. It will be sorted soon. And thanks for trying out the app.

I have tried this app in april and what i have mentioned here are bugs or features missing in recent update version kirvi which was updated on Play Store on 17-june-2024

I was willing to use it after bugs but proximity sensor glitches even after cutting n clearing app from recents was what is preventing me from using it please fix it soon and provide hot patch update
