After 4 days i realised i had black touch screen issues. Now I don’t know what to do. Thats why I am posting here. I hope I will find solutions

I had call them. They provide me nearest service location.But when I call to service centre they said we are permanent closed for nothing brand service. What to do? How to get any solution.

Remi F it’s pixel burn in bro can’t you see dark patches all over the screen, it’s because Nothing has used cheap screen in india to save some extra bucks.
I also have that in my phone and they had to replace my screen within a month of purchase.
If you are from India then don’t worry you will have it too , very soon.

Remi F no the dark mode in nothing phone doesn’t disable or turn of the led’s it’s greyish in color simply decreasing the brightness that’s it.
I don’t know why they haven’t given those feature in our phone maybe because due to poor screen quality there will be more pixel burn in.

Ihad visited my nearest service centre. They said that they can’t replace it, only they can repair it. I don’t want to open my new phone because its manufacturer defect . Then I ask Flipkart executive to replace my phone. They had processed return policy. Now I am waiting for technician to visit to see my phone for replacement. Hope its will replace.

Oh that’s nice, my screen got replaced and it’s just like new no problem at all, but i do regret purchasing NP2 because of poor quality screen being used.

I have gone through 3 NP2 phones, all the exact same issue. Those black blotches after about a week of usage. All 2 had a manufacturing date code of June and 1 had Sept I believe. I love the NP2 phone, but the quality of these screens must not be very good.

Important thing is Nothing is not even considering this as a their fault ,they are literally taking no action and ignoring user complaints and they are trying to make excuses over it.
They themselves destroying the reputation of their company, anyway atleast I won’t purchase anything from Nothing from now.

My issue has solved. Flipkart help me to replace my phone but unfortunately nothing company not helpful.
