Welcome back to the Nothing Newsletter for August! This was a great month with Phone (2) getting photo presets, Phone (3) receiving new features in Glyph Matrix, a monthly photo challenge, CMF Metro contest, some exciting updates to The Community Edition Project and even a new product tease. Let’s break it down.

📷 Phone (2) users now have the ability to select between four photo presets to make your photos more customisable than ever, these are brought over from the Phone (3) to give you some new ways to make your photos unique. Excited as always to see how people end up putting these into effect in their photos!
B&W Film: For timeless, monochrome tones.
Wide Angle: Capture more in every frame with an expansive view.
Soft Focus: Gentle blurs for a dreamy, cinematic feel.
Lenticular: Creates sharp depth and layered textures.

Nothing Phone (3) has a few new features this month with an update that brings new features to the Glyph Matrix.
Users have two new Glyph Toys to use with a compass and feed the fly. The compass 🧭 is a real time working compass built into the Glyph Matrix itself that can help you head in the right direction. Feed the fly 🪰 on the other hand is a quick game that tests your reflexes and tallies up new high scores to share!
🪞The Glyph mirror feature gets a boost in the same update allowing it to be used with any of the Phone (3) lenses, access the Glyph mirror by swiping down on the view finder while in the camera app and using your camera with the added assistance to help frame your shot.

CMF by Nothing took over the Goregaon West Metro Station in Mumbai with photos taken on CMF Phone 2 Pro, this has been opened to the community to enter for a chance to have their own photos shown at the station. If you want to share your creativity and possibly have your photo shared then make sure to upload them on X or Instagram, tag @cmfbynothing, and use the hashtag #withCMFPhone2Pro.

And finally the Community Edition updates! This month the packaging and dice 🎲 samples are being reviewed by the team. There are some exciting options being looked at that will be sure to make a great collectible for those who get hold of this years device!
The marketing campaign creative is making great progress as well - we are more excited every day to show everyone the finished product!
