Following up on Spike post, I want to strongly urge Nothing to consider partnering with Amazon India instead of Flipkart for online sales. My personal experience with Flipkart while ordering both Nothing and CMF products has been disastrous, riddled with scams and poor service. I implore Nothing to prioritize investigating this issue and consider Amazon as a more reliable alternative.

Here’s why:

Flipkart service issues: My orders have been plagued by delays, damaged products, and unresponsive customer support. These are red flags for any brand concerned about customer satisfaction.

Flipkart scam concerns: There have been widespread reports of fake listings, product switch-ups, and fraudulent activities on Flipkart. This puts both Nothing and its customers at risk.

Amazon’s established reputation: Amazon India has a proven track record of reliable service, efficient logistics, and robust customer support. Partnering with them would ensure a smoother and more trustworthy experience for Nothing’s customers.

I urge Nothing to seriously consider this request. Moving to Amazon India could be a crucial step in protecting your brand reputation and ensuring a seamless experience for your customers.

    thalapathy Absolutely, even I was Scared when I heard Nothing partnered with Flipkart. Flipkart is the worst e commerce website here without a doubt. Hopefully Nothing release it’s products on Amazon although it seems like commission was a main part for Nothing to not choose Amazon and instead use Flipkart as their outlet for their products

    Is it possible my device can have issues mentioned above over time

    Is the build quality that bad that it will deteriorate very quickly over time?

    exactly the same problems i faced tooo.visited two different service centres.one just put some.glue in back glass and after a week i noticed a huge dust in the backdoor.went to another service centre in chandigarh and sadly they dont have the adhesive the guy over there told me. He asked me for my number to let me know when its available and i didnt get a call.back i called him back a month after still he dont know if they have the thing in their inventory or not and assured me he will get back to me when his lunch is over and i think his lunch is a week long. well i bought nothing phone 2 after using nothing phone 1 and was proud faced some problems and ignored and people were like this.guy will buy every new phone nothing launches as more than 20-25 people bought the nothing phone 1 after my reviews but i dont think so am gonna buy anything new why buy a phone of 55000 when iphone 15plus is available for 90000. a guy who spend half a lakh can also spend a lakh for technology. every service u own is bad very bad.

    That is so true. My device also has the gap in back panel and it really bummed me out when I saw a significant price drop in under 3 months since the launch, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Also since there is a delay in Android 14 update, why don’t you provide us with security patch and bug fixes instead. I also raised issues regarding my device for which I just got automated replies and no help. Also I don’t know if its just me, the files and documents on my device gets deleted on its own for no whatsoever reason. Lastly I would really appreciate if we could have separate app of nothing community for complaints and feedback.

      In my phone there is a small gap in back class at upper side …. After applying a template class in front side my selfie photo are now disappointed me 😞 ….and also charging speed good when phone is locked but if I am in a call or using phone then charging speed get reduced a lot in 2 min only 1 percent ….on the other hand performance is good I loved it 😊

      And also not getting updates …my last Android security update is of 1st October …

      Spike i don’t understand why Nothing is ignoring complaints and suggestions by their user especially in India, they should have listen to us and acted like a reputed company but they are sleeping somewhere.

      Spike ### screen issue is a major concern in Indian models

      I have also faced screen burn in within days of purchasing my phone, which is very sad and the service center experience is also very bad Nothing team don’t even consider this as an issue is very wrong.
      Not only me but hundreds of people have faced such problem especially in india and they are not taking any satisfactory action nor they are highlighting this as an issue it’s very wrong.

      Aggree now they are bundle the Changer with np2 for some time for 12/256 veriant around 32k and I pay full amount for 512gb one but did not received any thing also in software development for this device is also bad or feel like ignored as np1 and np2a is still getting important updates like camera and battery improvement

      Nothing see. Nothing TL;DR. Nothing forgets.
