I am writing this email to express my worst experience on buying Nothing Phone 2.
Ordered the Nothing Phone 2 on December 14 and delivered on December 15.
On December 15 night, I have noticed there was some issue on putting the screen protection in phone. After putting the screen protection I was getting bubbles in one corner. I have tried 3 to 4 times with the different screen protection ( brand tried: Kapaver ,PoPio etc ), but still getting the bubbles in same place all the time. Then I have contacted one of my friend who is using the nothing phone 2, but for him there is no bubbles in the display he also used the same screen protection.
Then I have reached out to Velachery branch (December 16) service center which is in India ( Chennai ). There is no proper response there are not ready to check the device whether there is any display adjustment issue or not. Simply there are saying go and change the temper glass this is not our scope to check this.
Today I have reached another service center which is in Kilpauk same Chennai location. There have checked the phone and not accepting any warranty product after 5clk, I hope the service center working time is till 6clk but I am not sure why they are ignoring to take the product and inform me to come tomorrow to check the devices and there have informed there is no authorised screen protection for Nothing 2.
If really there is a problem with screen protection means then all the Phone should have same issue. I am right?
Just want to know in this community anyone have faced this kind of issue because I have checked on social sector but I could not found any article or video on this.
