One small but important feature that many smartphone users rely on is the ability to use volume buttons as a camera shutter. Unfortunately, in the Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro, the volume buttons are not mapped for this function.
This might seem minor, but it makes a big difference-especially for one-hand selfies or when trying to click a group selfie without fumbling for the on-screen button. Using the volume button as a shutter provides a more natural and stable grip, reducing shaky photos.
I had raised this point earlier as feedback, and I still believe enabling this simple feature would make the camera experience on the CMF Phone 2 Pro more practical and user-friendly. Hopefully, Nothing considers this in a future software update
