Restarting automatically nothing phone1

My nothing phone 1 has been restarting automatically, without doing me anything

Also how often does this occur and is there any specific process which causes this to happen?

I have the same problema. The phone out of the blue decides to switch off. Is there any reason? I’ve installed all the actualitations
