phone1 full black screen

Last night reading a post of twitter suddendly the screen turn full black, and isn’t come back work again. The glyph lights is working and I tried to restat…but nothing. What can I ???

Hey 👋 this certainly seems unusual. Are you not getting any response from the screen at all?

You could try a hard restart by holding the power button and volume up at the same time, usually until a logo appears.

Failing that I think it’s best that you get in touch with support.

Derren same here, today when i check my phone black display, glyph lights were on. Phone working but display not working. Please help me to fix my phone

Hi Nothing Community,
I’m facing display issue on my Nothing Phone 1. This morning I had used the phone like a regular schedule. After I put on charge and then trying to wake my screen. It remains black and display is not visible. However I’m getting calls in my phone I can pick it swiping up and talk. Vibrations can be feeled at each power button press. But display unfortunately is not visible.

Any help would be appreciated.

I want to make sure that fault is coming from the screen or motherboard, because we don’t have spare display to check and verify, does somebody fix the issue related to black screen, if does, please feel free to share with the rest with us ,so we can decide wether order to display or not. Thanks.
